“If you give only so much as a cup of cold water to a little one in the name of a disciple, you will not lose your reward…”
“God loves a cheerful giver and is able to bless you abundantly…”
Now is a critical time in our nation’s history to stand up for what you believe, to press into what God has for you and to experience more of of Him.
WHEN YOU SUPPORT Blue Mountain Television, it helps us stay on the air to further assist you in what God has called YOU to do. Our programming equips and encourages you. You are not alone. We are together in the body of Christ as a beacon to the world.
WHEN YOU SUPPORT Blue Mountain Television, YOU SHARE IN the Lord’s work in the Walla Walla Valley and beyond. You share in community and in the lives touched by this ministry, which strives to be an effective resource for
- those looking to know more about our Lord and Savior
- those wanting solid teaching in biblical truths
- shut-ins to hear inspirational messages and connect with the faith-based community
- others
Shut-ins and others… those who can’t make it to church due to health or transportation issues, weather problems…
The depressed and desperate – channel surfing – about to have a divine appointment, an encounter with God. These people do not seek church out… but when ‘church’ comes to them while their guard is down and their hearts are open, miracles happen.
Blue Mountain Television is open-door ‘church’ for many of your friends, neighbors and other people you may never have the opportunity to personally reach for Christ.
With your donations and increased financial support, Blue Mountain Television can develop an even stronger presence for our positive message, beyond television onto other channels of communication, social media, the internet, expanding Jesus’ loving net for unchurched people throughout the Valley.
As the Apostle Paul wrote in Eph 4:16, as each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
“…God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” 2 Corinthians 9:7-8
We need $30 every hour, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to keep the gospel on the air just for the programming we currently have. Expansion to reach more souls requires even more.
That’s why Blue Mountain Television, like other non-commercial radio and television stations, engages in yearly Sharethons to raise operating funds in order to stay on the air.
However, did you know that regular, systematic giving is the biblical way to give?
The Apostle Paul recognized this when he wrote to the Corinthian believers to regularly lay aside on the first day of the week some money to be collected for the saints.
If you are not already sending in a regular donation or using fast pay for your gift giving, we encourage you to consider this. Research shows that even small gifts when given regularly tends equal more support than an occasional, larger gift given sporadically.
We appreciate all support: regularly monthly donations, one-time gifts and larger donations. Like Jesus said in Matthew, if you give only so much as a cup of cold water to a little one in the name of a disciple, you will not lose your reward. How much more then, giving in His name the gospel to thirsty souls?
God wants us to keep broadcasting. But He flows through people. Therefore, we seek the fruit that abounds to your account when you give generously, just as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians.
Thank you for sending your best gift today. Your sacrificial gift given in faith releases miracles. Given monthly, your gift changes lives daily!
